The Villas are Awesome!

Our family has stayed at the Villas for last 3 years and we are so pleased with the accommodations. The rooms are clean, comfy and we feel safe. But, best of all is the amazing location. Close to the beach, wharf, boardwalk, lighthouse and downtown. Our kids love to play within the gated parking area and parking within the villa is an extra bonus. We highly recommend the Villas for your future stay in Santa Cruz!

Surprise Party

Surf City was wonderful. 5 suites in one building with plenty of space for all. Each suite was nicely set up with a king bed, a pullout sofa, a kitchen and a dining area plus your own bathroom perfect for our family reunion of sorts plus location was fantastic. You can walk to the boardwalk the beach or number of restaurants and eatery nearby. Thank you Derrik for ordering the perfect weather for this weekend.
